Pets are welcome at no additional charge.
Parking
External parking costs MXN 300 per day.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival incur a one-night charge. Contact the reservations team to request a cancellation and confirm it has been processed.

Before confirming, review the total price, payment terms, inclusions and conditions shown for your selected rate. No-shows incur a one-night charge.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included with every stay and served from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Children and families
Children are welcome. Hotel MÄDI is not an adults-only hotel. Occupancy must match the capacity of the room you reserve.
Restaurant, bar and spa
The restaurant serves breakfast only, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The bar opens from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and the spa from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Times are local to San Miguel de Allende. Ask the hotel about treatment availability.
Pool
The rooftop pool is heated.
